[Cross-Strait] China's Qinghai experiences magnitude 6.3 earthquake at a depth of only 10 kilometers

Qinghai Province, China, experienced a very shallow earthquake today (the 16th). The China Earthquake Networks Center reported a magnitude of 6.3 with a focal depth of only 10 kilometers.
According to Reuters, data from the China Earthquake Networks Center shows that the earthquake occurred at 5:06 PM local time (same as Taiwan time), with the epicenter located in the high-altitude Haixi Prefecture.
Following the main shock, several aftershocks occurred successively, one of which reached a magnitude of 5.0.
China Central Television reported that there have been no reports of casualties or damage so far, and the local government is assessing the actual disaster situation. (Editor: Shen Zhenjiang)
