Confidential internal documents leaked from "Zhongke Tianji," a company under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, reveal that the People's Liberation Army and the Taiwan Affairs Office have procured an AI intelligent propaganda system, precisely categorizing Taiwanese people into four groups: "stubborn, friendly, wavering, and objective."
Tang Ruoling, a strategic risk researcher at the University of Tokyo, points out that this system can use highly personalized AI-generated content to infiltrate social media. Especially on the Threads platform, which has the highest traffic in Taiwan globally, its powerful algorithm can easily become an amplifier for cognitive warfare.
