Lin Chia-lung posted on Facebook today with a video of eating zongzi. He said that the Dragon Boat Festival has a common seasonal memory for Taiwanese people. Every year at this time, there is always a zongzi on the family dining table, and there is also no shortage of enthusiastic discussions about "southern zongzi, northern zongzi" and "dipping in sweet chili sauce or peanut powder with soy paste."
Lin Chia-lung said that this year he wants to share a new way of eating with everyone, and also respond to the "Time-Saving Cooking Challenge" jointly organized by the Central and South American Trade Office and iCook, which is a call for creative recipes using ingredients from friendly Central American countries.
He said that this time he chose Taiwanese zongzi, paired with chili sauce from Belize, a friendly country in Central America, to join the battle.
