The Ministry of National Defense stated today (21st) that starting from 8:10 AM, 19 sorties of Chinese military aircraft entered Taiwan's southwestern airspace and the Western Pacific for "long-range navigation." The Taiwanese military is closely monitoring using joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance methods.
The Ministry of National Defense stated this afternoon that starting from 8:10 AM, a total of 21 sorties of various types of main and auxiliary combat aircraft, including J-16, KJ-500, and Yun-20, were detected engaging in activities at sea. Among them, 19 sorties entered Taiwan's southwestern airspace and the Western Pacific for "long-range navigation."
The Ministry of National Defense emphasized that the Taiwanese military is closely monitoring using joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance methods and has dispatched mission aircraft, vessels, and shore-based missile systems to respond appropriately. (Editor: Xu Jiayuan)
